3. What do I Have to do Next to Make Sure I Receive my Rebate?
Contact us and let us know which home/builder you’re interested in (We can assist with your search, as well). Many builders require that we accompany you on the first visit or register with them over the phone. Please resist the temptation to go alone, as you could forfeit your opportunity to receive a rebate and professional representation. If you have been to a community make sure they know that you have a realtor. After we have accompanied you on the first visit, you can then go back any time you like.
