​Search our comprehensive Builders and Communities pages and find homes, floorplans, and neighborhoods you like.
The search begins on step 2.

2. House Hunting
Before you visit the Builder's model, be sure to call or text us at (321) 439-4030. Many Builders require Real Estate Agents to accompany New Home Buyers to the Sales Center / Model Home on their FIRST visit.

3. Sign on the Line
​When you find the home you want to buy, the next step is to sign the purchase agreement. We will ensure that all the paperwork is filled out correctly so you get your $1,000 Cash Back at closing.

4. Seal the Deal
​At the closing table, not only do you get the keys to your new home, you also get $1,000 Cash Back! You will get a check or a credit at closing.
